Paleo Lemon Olive Oil Cake

I know this sounds weird, but I promise, it's crazy delicious - lemon olive oil cake. It's super moist and the glaze soaks in to give it a nice sweetness, but the tartness of the lemon keeps it from getting overly sweet. It's not difficult, so just give it a try! This recipe is inspired by a recipe on A Calculated Whisk but uses a glaze inspired by Connie's Finally losing It. My biggest struggle with paleo baking is attempting to find frosting, glazes, etc. that don't lose the taste and texture of those that use powdered sugar. This glaze does a decent job.
